Terms of service
Last updated 28 Sep 2026
These terms are between you (the business using Domain Health Hub) and Brindleford Technologies Ltd, company number 16871436, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Domain Health Hub is for businesses, not consumers.
The service
Domain Health Hub checks the domains you add every day, grades them, receives their DMARC and TLS reports, sends alerts and monthly report cards, and can host DMARC, SPF, TLS-RPT, MTA-STS and DKIM records for them. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.
Your account
- Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Owners can invite others and are responsible for who has access.
- Only add domains you manage or have permission from their owner to monitor, and only add people's email addresses when you're entitled to send them report cards.
Trial
New workspaces get a free 28-day trial, no card needed, with the trial's limits. If you subscribe during the trial, you're not charged until it ends.
Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are monthly and renew automatically, charged in advance through Stripe, in pounds sterling in the UK and US dollars elsewhere. Prices exclude VAT and similar taxes, which are added at checkout for your country. Businesses in the EU must give a valid VAT number (the reverse charge applies).
- You can change plan or cancel at any time from Billing. Changes between plans are prorated. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the service carries on until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund part months.
- If a payment fails, we try again over the following week and your service carries on meanwhile. If it still fails, the subscription ends.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
When a trial or subscription ends
Without a plan, the workspace is locked: checks, alerts and report cards stop, and only Billing and your data are available. Records we host for you, and incoming DMARC and TLS reports, keep working for 30 days so your clients' email isn't affected while you decide; we email you before we withdraw them. After 90 days without a plan, the workspace and its data are deleted. Choosing a plan at any point before then restores everything.
Hosted records
When you point a client's DNS at records we host, their email authentication depends on them. Before you stop hosting, delete a workspace or let it lapse, put the client's own records back at their DNS provider. We're not responsible for problems caused by DNS changes made at your or your client's DNS provider.
Acceptable use
Don't use Domain Health Hub to break the law, send spam, probe or attack systems you don't own, overload the free checker, or resell access without our agreement. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
Your clients' data
For the personal data you add about your clients and their contacts, and the reports we receive for their domains, you are the controller and we are your processor under UK GDPR. We:
- process it only to provide the service, following your instructions in the app;
- make sure our staff are bound by confidentiality;
- keep it secure, and tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting it;
- use only the providers listed in our privacy policy, under terms at least as protective, and give you notice before adding a new one;
- help you respond to requests from the people it's about;
- delete it when you delete the workspace (you can export it first), apart from what the law requires us to keep.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your hosted records answering, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve the service; we'll give notice of changes that take away something you rely on.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses or loss of profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months.
Ending
You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription or deleting your workspace. We may end your account for a serious breach of these terms, with notice where we can.
Changes and law
We'll email account owners about changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@domainhealthhub.com.
