Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 28 days and covers up to 3 domains. Subscribe any time during it and you keep the days you have left.
Which currency will I pay in?
Pounds sterling in the UK, US dollars everywhere else. Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout for your country.
I'm in the EU. Do I need a VAT number?
Yes. Businesses in the EU give a VAT number when subscribing.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. All plans are billed monthly.
What happens if a payment fails?
We try again over the following week and let you know. If it still fails, checks, alerts and report cards stop until it's sorted. Hosted records and incoming reports keep working throughout.
What if I need more than 200 domains?
