None of these are your fault, and all of them end with a phone call to you. Each one is a daily check, with an alert before it turns into an outage.
- The domain expires because the renewal card on the client's registrar account ran out. We read the expiry date from the registry, including .uk domains, and warn you 30 days out.
- The certificate lapses on www while the bare domain is fine. Both are checked, with a warning 21 days before expiry and a check on the chain and hostname.
- Email starts landing in spam after the client signs up to a new newsletter tool. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked every day, and DMARC reports show the new sender and whether it passes.
- Someone changes the DNS and the site or mail goes quiet. Every change to name servers, website, mail and TXT records is logged and can alert you.
- The mail server is blacklisted. You hear the day it happens, with the steps to get it removed.

The Agency plan is £39 / $49 a month for up to 75 domains, with every check, hosted records and report cards included. Prices exclude tax.
As an example: if 20 clients each pay £10 a month for "domain and email care", that's £200 a month against a £39 plan. What you charge is up to you; the report card is the thing that shows the client what they're paying for.

Will my clients see your name?
On Pro, no: the report card carries only your logo and colours. On Starter and Agency, a small "Monitored with Domain Health Hub" line sits in the footer.
Can I review report cards before they go?
Yes, on Agency and Pro: choose the day and hour they go, and hold each one for review. On Starter they go at 6am on the 1st.
What if a client's DNS is managed by someone else?
Monitoring doesn't need any access: every check reads public DNS. Hosted records need a few records added once, by whoever manages the DNS. On Cloudflare that can be one click.
Can I try it on a real client?
