The part of a care plan your WordPress tools don't check.
Your care plan covers updates, backups and uptime. It probably doesn't cover the domain renewal, the certificate on www, or why the contact form's emails land in spam. Domain Health Hub adds those, with a monthly report card to sit beside the one you already send.

Works alongside your care-plan toolsWorks alongside ManageWP, MainWP and WP Umbrella.
Your WordPress tools look after the site: plugins, backups, uptime, security scans. Domain Health Hub looks after what sits around it: the domain registration, the certificate, DNS, and the email records that decide whether a client's mail arrives.
It doesn't connect to them, and doesn't need to. There's no plugin to install and nothing runs on the site: we read public DNS and look at the certificate the way a visitor's browser does. So it works the same whichever care-plan tool you use, and with sites that aren't on WordPress at all.
Contact form emailWhy contact form emails land in spam, and how to see it.
Out of the box, WordPress sends contact form email with PHP's mail function, from the web server. That server usually isn't in the domain's SPF record and doesn't sign with the domain's DKIM key, so once the domain has a strict DMARC policy, those emails fail it and get junked or rejected.
The usual fix is an SMTP plugin that sends through the client's real email service, signed and authenticated. To check, send a test from the contact form to our free email test: it shows whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC passed and lined up with the From address. Once a domain's DMARC reports come to us, the web server shows up as a sending source with its pass rate, every day.
Renewals and certificatesDomain and certificate expiry, before the site goes down.
Uptime monitoring tells you the site is down. We tell you weeks before: domain expiry 30 days out (from the registry, .uk included), and certificates on both the bare domain and www 21 days out, with a check that the chain and name are right. Changes to the domain's DNS are logged too, so you know when someone else has been in.
Website care plan reportOne more line on the care-plan report.
Each month, each client gets a two-page report card with your logo: their grade from A to F, what changed, and the top three fixes. Send it beside your usual care-plan report, and price domain and email care as its own line.
Starter covers 25 domains for £15 / $19 a month; Agency covers 75 for £39 / $49 a month, and lets you choose the day the cards go and review each one first. See a report card.

Questions from care-plan providers
Does it integrate with ManageWP, MainWP or WP Umbrella?
No. It works alongside them: they look after the WordPress site, and we look after the domain and email. Nothing connects the two, so it doesn't matter which you use.
Is there a WordPress plugin?
No, and nothing is installed on the site. Every check reads public DNS or connects to the site's HTTPS the way a browser does.
Will it slow down my clients' sites?
No. Each domain is checked once a day, and the website check is a single HTTPS connection to the bare domain and to www.
Can I include it in my care-plan price?
Yes. The report card is yours to price however you like, as part of a care plan or as its own line.
