About Domain Health Hub
Domain Health Hub checks the domains that agencies, freelancers and small MSPs look after, and sends each of their clients a monthly report card. It's made by Brindleford Technologies Ltd, a UK company, and built by Doug Hall.
Why it existsThe client sees the problem before the agency does.
If you build websites, you end up looking after your clients' domains and email, whether or not anyone pays you for it. Nobody notices until something breaks: the domain lapses, the certificate on www expires, or invoices start landing in spam. Then the client rings you.
Most email security tools are built for one company checking its own domains. Agencies need something else: every client's domains in one place, checked every day, and a way to show each client in plain English that someone is looking after them. That's what the monthly report card is for, and why DMARC is one feature here rather than the whole product.

Domain Health Hub is a product of Brindleford Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 16871436). It's built and run by Doug Hall.
We use it ourselves: Brindleford's own domains are checked by it every day, with their DMARC, DKIM and MTA-STS records hosted on it.
Where your data livesOn our own servers, in the EU.
- The app, its database and the services that run the checks are on our own servers in the EU, with database backups in the Netherlands.
- The daily checks, the inbox that reads DMARC and TLS reports, and the name servers for hosted DKIM are our own code, run by us.
- DMARC and TLS reports are read for their daily totals and the files deleted. We never accept forensic reports.
- The email test reads an email's headers and authentication, then throws the message away. We never keep its subject or content.
- Report card PDFs are made when they're sent and aren't stored.
