Red Sift's OnDMARC is a well-established DMARC platform with hosted records for everything from SPF to BIMI. We know it first-hand: Brindleford, the company behind Domain Health Hub, has used it for its own domains. Here's a fair comparison for agencies looking after client domains.

It also has an MSP programme and is available through Pax8, which matters if you already buy through that marketplace.

Brindleford Technologies, the company behind Domain Health Hub, used OnDMARC for its own domains. It has since moved the hosting of its DMARC, DKIM, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT records from OnDMARC to Domain Health Hub.
Its SPF records still use OnDMARC's include. That's the honest position today, and we'll update this page when it changes.
OnDMARC alternativeWhere Domain Health Hub differs
OnDMARC is the deeper email-security platform. Domain Health Hub is built for agencies reporting to their clients every month:
- A monthly report card your clients will read. Each client gets a two-page PDF on a schedule: overall grade, trend, each domain's grade, what changed and the top fixes, with your logo and colours.
- One A to F grade per domain and per client. Weighted checks give a score out of 100 and a grade, so a client sees one letter rather than a page of DMARC tables.
- Domain and website checks alongside email. Domain expiry (including .uk), HTTPS certificates on apex and www, DNS changes and blacklists are checked daily next to SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Hosted records included, not sold as extras. Hosted DMARC, SPF with flattening, DKIM and MTA-STS with TLS-RPT come with every plan.
- A UK company with EU hosting. Brindleford Technologies Ltd runs it on our own servers in the EU. DMARC and TLS reports are read for their totals and then deleted, and forensic reports are never accepted.
- Priced by domain count. £15 / $19 a month for 25 domains, £39 / $49 a month for 75, £79 / $99 a month for 200. Every check, hosted records and alerts on every plan.

How much does OnDMARC cost?
Express starts at $9 a month, billed annually, for up to 4 domains. Essentials, Enterprise and Premier prices aren't published; Red Sift asks you to contact them. Checked on Red Sift's pricing page on 7 October 2026.
Does OnDMARC host SPF, DKIM and MTA-STS?
Yes. Its pricing page lists Dynamic Services for DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI on all plans.
Has Brindleford fully left OnDMARC?
Not yet. Hosting for its DMARC, DKIM, MTA-STS and TLS-RPT records has moved to Domain Health Hub, but its SPF records still use OnDMARC's include.
Can I move hosted records from OnDMARC without a gap?
Yes, one record at a time. Set the record up with us, change the DNS entry, and check it resolves before removing anything at OnDMARC. Our free checker shows each record as the world sees it.
